Shopping at s.s is easy
The advantage of online shopping is that it's more convenient and faster than the traditional shopping method, but sometimes a simple purchase can become a real puzzle.
To assist you in this process, we've created a guide to make your next purchase easier.
1st Choose the model
We have hundreds of models for you to choose from. To make it easier, use the filter column to narrow down what appears in your search.
2º Choose the size
Choosing the right size can sometimes be trickier than it seems, as the same size can vary from model to model.
To avoid any mistakes, you can use our size guide to measure your foot and select the size scale in CM from the dropdown below the color information.
After selecting the size, you can then add it to your cart.
3rd Complete your purchase
Once you have added all the models you want to purchase to your cart, you can complete your purchase.
To do this, simply click on the cart icon located in the top right corner of your window. A tab will then appear displaying all the products in your cart, and there you will find the button to finalize your purchase.
4th data for sending
After clicking the button to complete your purchase, you will be redirected to the page where you will finalize your purchase. At this stage, you need to fill in the shipping information, and if you have a discount code, you can enter it in the designated area on the right side of the page.

5th Payment method
After you've filled in the shipping details, you need to choose the payment method.
We offer several different methods, all of which are convenient and secure.

6th Billing address
The final step in the process is the billing address. If the details are the same as the shipping address, you don't need to fill out the form again.
Now, your order is complete.
Exchanges and returns
If you wish to make a return, you have 15 days to do so after receiving your order. In the case of wanting to make an exchange, you have 30 days.
Our return process is also straightforward and convenient. Follow the steps below to avoid any mistakes.
1st Send us an email
First, you should send an email to geral@shoelutions.pt, where you should provide the order reference and the item you want to return.
2º Schedule the collection
After you send the email, our team will get in touch with you to arrange the collection of the item. The return should be sent to the following address:

3rd Preparing the shipment
When preparing the shipment, please ensure that the item is in perfect condition and place it in the original box, along with the completed form, the invoice, and any brochures or other additional items.
4th Item check
Upon receiving the item at our facilities, we will check if it is in perfect condition. Once the verification is complete, we will proceed with the refund or the shipment of the replacement model.
