Measure the size of your foot at the end of the day, after your foot has expanded to its maximum size.

1st STEP

Cut the sheet at the indicated corner and place it against the wall.

2nd STEP

Place your foot on the sheet with your heel against the wall and mark the line of your foot with the pen at 90º.

3rd STEP

Measure the length from the heel to the mark you just made.
