EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ARTICLE (CHANGE OF COLOR OR SIZE) OR FOR A VOUCHER

The customer has 30 consecutive days from the date of receive the order to proceed with the exchange of the item.

When the exchange is requested for a change of color or size of the same model ordered, we do not take responsibilities of the shipping costs.

The exchange for a voucher in the same value of the ordered products does not include the shipping costs and will be valid for two years from the date of the order that generated that exchange.

In all cases, the returned items must be in perfect condition, without marks of use, in the original packaging, closed, with the complete number of units, accompanied by all brochures or any other additional items, as well as the invoice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer has consecutive 15 days, from the date of receive the order to return the item. The returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and in the original package, closed, with the complete number of units, accompanied by all brochures or any other additional items, as well as the invoice.

The refund of the amounts paid will be made after receiving the items in our facilities and checking their condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN ITEMS

If you want to make an exchange or return please inform us immediately by email to geral@shoelutions.pt indicating the reference of your order and the item you wish to exchange or return. Our team will contact you to schedule the collection of the item or to indicate another way of sending it.

DEFECTIVE ARTICLES

In the event of receiving an item with a defect, you must inform us as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 15 consecutive days from the date of receive the order, through the email address geral@shoelutions.pt. In the e-mail you should indicate the order reference and the name of the defective item, describing as best as possible which defect was detected and if possible accompanied by photographs of the defect of the item.

After receiving the email, our team will contact you in order to replace the item as well as indicate how to collect the defective item.
