Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM (CHANGE OF COLOR OR SIZE) OR FOR A VOUCHER

The Customer has 30 consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to exchange the item.

The exchange for a voucher of the same value as the products ordered will be valid for two years from the date of the order that generated the exchange.

In all cases, returned items must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, in their original, closed packaging, with the complete number of units, accompanied by all leaflets or other additional items, as well as the invoice.

Shipping costs for exchanges to Portugal are the responsibility of Shoelutions.Store, if abroad, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Customer has 15 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order to return the item. Returned items must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and in their original, closed packaging, with the full number of units, accompanied by all leaflets or other additional items, as well as the invoice.

The refund of the amounts paid will be made after the items have been received at our facilities and their condition has been checked.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

HOW TO MAKE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to make an exchange or return, please inform us immediately by email geral@shoelutions.pt indicating the reference of your order and the item you wish to exchange or return. Our team will contact you to schedule the collection of the item or indicate another way of sending it.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item with a defect, you must inform us as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, by sending an email to geral@shoelutions.pt. In the email, you must indicate the order reference and the item with the defect, describing the defect as best as possible and, if possible, accompanying us with photographs of the item's defect.

After receiving the email, our team will contact you to replace the item and indicate how to collect the defective item.
