PORTUGAL - mainland and islands | for purchases over €75 shipping costs are free and for purchases under €75 have a cost of €6

SPAIN - peninsular | for purchases over €75 shipping costs are free and purchases under €75 have a cost of €8

OTHER REGIONS | The amount will be informed in the checkout process, before completing your order, and depends on the final destination, weight and purchase value.

All our orders are shipped the same day or the next day depending on whether the order is placed before or after 12pm. After shipment, the delivery time depends on the final destination:

PORTUGAL and SPAIN: 1 to 2 business days for mainland, 2 to 3 business days for the islands.

EUROPEAN UNION: about 5 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD: from 7 working days not including customs clearance time.

Yes, you can make exchanges up to 30 days or returns up to 15 days.

You must get in touch with us informing the number of your order (or your name and contact) through the email geral@shoelutions.pt and after send the order to our address: SHOELUTIONS Rua das Corgas, 185 4520 -307 Fornos - Santa Maria da Feira.

The refund is made through the same payment method you used to make the purchase, except in the case of Multibanco, where we make payment by bank transfer. If you wish to receive the refund in a different way, you must request it when you submit the return request.
