It's very simple, add the product you want to buy to the cart, select complete purchase and in the next step enter your code in the "gift card or discount code" field, click apply and the discount will be applied to the value of your purchase.
It is not possible to change an order online, however, if it has not yet been shipped, you can contact us and request the change via email geral@shoelutions.pt.

Payments can be made by credit/debit card, Paypal, Klarna, MBway*, Multibanco* or bank transfer.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
PORTUGAL - mainland and islands | on purchases over €75 shipping is free and for purchases under €75, the cost is €6
SPAIN - peninsular | on purchases over €75 shipping is free and for purchases under €75, the cost is €8
OTHER REGIONS | The amount is informed before completing your order and depends on the final destination, weight and purchase value.
All our orders are shipped the same day or the next day depending on whether the order is placed before or after 12pm. After shipping, the delivery time depends on the final destination:
PORTUGAL and SPAIN: 1 to 2 working days for mainland Portugal, 2 to 3 working days for islands.
EUROPEAN UNION : approximately 2 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD: approximately 2 to 3 business days

You must contact us with your order number (or your name and contact details) via email geral@shoelutions.pt and then send the order to our address: SHOELUTIONS Rua das Corgas, 185 4520-307 Fornos - Santa Maria da Feira. If you wish, you can find out more on our Exchanges and Returns page.
The refund is made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, except in the case of Multibanco, where we make the payment via bank transfer. If you wish to receive the refund in a different way, you must request this when submitting the return request.
