In order to help you with this process, we have created a guide to make your next purchase easier.
1st CHOOSE THE MODEL
We have hundreds of templates to choose from. To make it easier, use the filter column to narrow down what appears in your search.
2nd CHOOSE THE SIZE
Choosing the size can sometimes be more difficult than it seems, the same size can vary from model to model.
To avoid mistakes, you can use our size guide to measure your foot and select the size scale in CM in the dropdown below the color information.
After selecting the size, you can add it to the cart .
3rd FINALIZE YOUR PURCHASE
Once you have added all the models you want to buy to your cart, you can complete your purchase .
To do this, just click on the cart icon in the top right corner of your window. Then a tab will appear with all the products you have in your cart, and there is the button to complete your purchase .
4th SHIPPING DATA
After clicking the button to complete your purchase, you will be redirected to the page where you will complete your purchase . At this stage, you must fill in the shipping details and, if you have a discount code , you can enter it in the area provided for this purpose on the right-hand side of the page .

5th PAYMENT METHOD
Once you have filled in the shipping details, you must choose the payment method .
We have several different methods, all practical and safe .

6th BILLING ADDRESS
The last stage of the process is the billing address , if the data is the same as the shipping address you do not need to fill in the form again .
Now, your order is complete.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you want to make a return, you have 15 days to do so after receiving your order. If you want to make an exchange, you have 30 days.
Our return process is also simple and practical, follow the steps below to avoid mistakes.
1st SEND US AN EMAIL

2nd SCHEDULE THE COLLECTION
After sending the email, our team will contact you.

3rd PREPARE THE SHIPPING
When preparing to ship, check that the item is in perfect condition and place it in the original box, together with the completed form , the invoice and any leaflets or other additional items .
4th ARTICLE VERIFICATION
Once we receive the item at our facilities, we check that it is in perfect condition . Once the check is complete, we will issue a refund or send the model for exchange .
