HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, destination and value of your order.
Portugal - mainland and islands | on purchases over €75 shipping is free and for purchases under €75, the cost is €6
Spain - peninsular | on purchases over €75 shipping is free and for purchases under €75, the cost is €8
Other regions | The amount is informed before completing your order and depends on the final destination, weight and purchase value.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
All our orders are shipped the same day or the next day depending on whether the order is placed before or after 12pm. After shipping, the delivery time depends on the final destination:
Portugal and Spain: 1 to 2 working days for mainland Portugal, 2 to 3 working days for islands.
European Union : approximately 5 working days.
USA : Shipping is done via express shipping and takes about 2 business days.
Rest of the World: from 7 working days, excluding customs clearance time.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
